PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The fat content of defatted blanched almond flour is significantly lower compared to regular blanched almond flour. While the fat content can vary depending on the specific processing methods and almond variety used, defatted almond flour generally contains around 10-15% fat, whereas regular blanched almond flour contains around 45-50% fat.
 
Due to its water solubility resulting from its low fat content, defatted almond flour is utilized in the beverage industry for creating smoothies, shakes, and various almond-flavored drinks.
